This Refund Policy applies to all orders shipped to Tier-1 countries, European countries, and other countries (including ePacket and similar shipping methods).

1. RETURN TIMEFRAME

Requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery, unless a longer mandatory period applies under local law.

2. ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:
- the product arrived damaged;
- the product has a manufacturing defect;
- the wrong product or incomplete order was received;
- the order was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.

3. DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery delays within the estimated timeframe for your region (Tier-1, Europe, or Other) do not automatically qualify for a refund.

4. CONDITION OF RETURNS

Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

5. RETURN PROCESS

Contact support@pulseprostore.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos or videos if applicable.

6. REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

7. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Used items, damage caused by misuse, or requests outside the return period (where legally permitted) may be denied.
